Excellent in every respect from finding a property through a smooth and easy closing

Kiley was wonderful during this entire process. Met her at an open house, told her what we were looking for and explained we lived out of state. Two weeks prior to going back I sent her 8 listings and in two days we found the perfect one. It was almost 2 months from meeting her to accepting the deal. Kiley is very detailed oriented, follows up on all questions and returns text and calls promptly.

After previously having a subpar experience with our previous realtor, we felt defeated and ready to postpone purchasing our first home. After taking a “Home Buying 101” webinar, Kiley was referred to us not only because she was knowledgeable about the AZ housing market but also because she is an expert in regards to the ins-and-outs of purchasing your first home! Prior to Kiley becoming our realtor, we had only toured 2 homes in 5 months due to lack of realtor communication and availability. Enter Kiley and her team; on the same day as our initial consultation we toured a listing that Kiley had found based on the preliminary information we had provided. Upon touring the home, it quickly became evident to us that she was not just trying to make a sale and was genuinely invested in helping us find a home that we loved. While the first listing was not what we were looking for, my husband and I were struck by how knowledgeable Kiley was regarding the property, possible repairs, and recent upgrades. This was a trend that carried through on each listing we looked at! Kiley is very efficient and her communication is excellent; she always sent meeting confirmations and promptly replied to email/text messages (even when she was on vacation in Cabo!). Within 3 weeks we had toured several listings, both resale and new builds, and Kiley was very flexible with our busy work schedules – including being available on Memorial Day. Kiley listened attentively to the feedback we provided on each listing and tailored her search. With Kiley at the helm, we placed offers on 2 homes within the first week, and while we did not end up purchasing those properties, Kiley knew how to make our offers very competitive and always explained the tactics in layman terms so we were not left wondering. During our home shopping, our initial lender unexpectedly withdrew our conditional approval and Kiley was quick to refer us to a local lender rather than leaving us on our own. Kiley was not only patient during the process of finding a new lender she was also very encouraging and continued to look for our new home! Upon resuming our quest, we put in a third offer, which was accepted, and we entered escrow. My husband and I were elated but also nervous about the next steps, luckily, Kiley’s spouse Eric also works for Baccus Realty Group as a Transaction Specialist and he provided us with a step-by-step guide and timeline of the closing process. We can’t emphasize enough how smoothly the buying process was and on the day we got the keys to our first home Kiley was there not only to congratulate us but also gave us a very thoughtful and personal gift to welcome us home. We met Kiley and her team on April 25th and owned our first home by June 25th! We love our home and we would never have found it without Kiley!
